At Think Sol our goal is simple. We aim to provide white glove property solutions at an affordable cost. 

Think Sol was established as a small family-owned property management and investment company based out of South Florida after the first property was purchased in Boynton Beach in May 2021. We created Think Sol as a family business because we know that sometimes the oversight and control of real estate properties in a family can be stressful enough so choosing a reliable property management service should be painless.​
